VANLYFETerms of Use
Agreement
By creating an account or contributing to VANLYFE you agree to these terms.
What you may post
Add only real places and accurate details, and post only photos you took. Your profile name, rig, bio and photo must not pretend to be someone else.
What is not allowed
No sexual or violent content, hate speech, harassment or threats, illegal content, spam or advertising, impersonation, or anyone else's private information. VANLYFE has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Profile names and text, messages, tips, new spots, edits and Wi-Fi entries that contain offensive words can't be posted.
Reporting and blocking
Open a photo full screen and tap ••• to report it or hide photos from that person; tap a traveler on the map to report or hide them. In a chat, press and hold a message to report it. On a profile, tap Report or Block; someone you block can't message you, and you won't see each other on the map or in Nearby. Reported content is hidden for everyone at once.
Profiles and messages
Your profile (name, status, rig, bio and photo) is visible to every signed-in member. Messages are stored on the VANLYFE server and are not end-to-end encrypted. A notification with the sender's name and the start of each message passes through Apple's or Google's push service to reach the other person's phone. A reported message is reviewed by our moderators; they don't read messages nobody reported.
Enforcement
We review every report within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these terms and remove the accounts that post it.
Your content
You keep the rights to your photos and give VANLYFE permission to show them in the app. Community › Settings › Account › Delete account removes your account, profile, conversations and messages, photos and traveler profile.
Google Maps
The 3D view, Look around and Satellite views of a place, Search Google nearby, the Pollen card and the map on shared place pages are provided by Google Maps. By using them you agree to the Google Terms of Service and the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.
No warranty
Place information comes from public sources and other users and may be wrong or out of date; check before you rely on it.
